Pearly Pink Roses - Wedding

A set of hantarans using silk flowers for Ida. This pretty lady wanted her favourite colour pink as her theme.I have added on pearls and crystal beads.A simple design to give away to the groom.Glad she liked them. Thanks Ida!

Enchanting Glow - Engagement

Ayin is my daughter's best friend. She liked what I've done with Ida's hantaran. Somehow
we worked together on her hantarans for Iz using rod irons and organza boxes. The colours cream, maroon and peach was a good combination.
I named this set enchanting glow because there was a black out that nite.Thank God it only lasted two hours.Everything else went on smoothly after that.Ayin and family were very happy. That s all that matters to me!

Lovely Pink Lady - Wedding

The nikah was held at Kompleks Tabung Haji on 20th December 2008. Yes, coincidently, it was Mawi's wedding too! And he does look like Mawi... This is raziq and ayins wedding!Congratulations to you both! The bride was glowing from head to toe.!

The groom wanted something sweet for his lovely bride. I used pink and cream fresh flowers.Lots of them.Could not get the particular pink coloured roses I wanted but somehow the combination turned out ok.Again I love the combination of fresh flowers and glass beads against silver dulangs covered with cream lapik dulangs. The tafetta lapiks are embroidered and hand beaded.I love the cake that kak fauziah made for this wedding.Again she did wonders! The buttercake was good I was told too!

Sweet Farah - wedding

This handsome couple was Azlan and Farah.Their wedding was on 16 January 2009.A very jovial groom to be who brought me his late mother's collection of antique brass dulangs to work with. I enjoyed working with them and farah's mom especially.
For azlan's hantarans to farah I used lots of pink and cream fresh roses. The theme was pink again.Seems to be the colour for this year's brides.I kept it simple as what the groom wanted.Named this set "sweet farah" just like the bride!Sorry the photos were not very good.
