Maroon Delight

End of 2013 I did the engagement hantarans....and this time it was for their wedding....This is for Hazman to give away to his pretty bride Aniza..A chef by profession Hazman requested for a maroon theme.....so we worked around that colour with deep red roses, palest pink and golden orange roses and a tinge of purple carnations....Using the same dulang we restructured it into a stand....the outcome was nice I thought...Hope Zul, Alma and family and of cos Hazman too like the arrangements I have done..Congratulations to you both..may you both have a blessed life together.Amiin.

Bright and Breezy - Engagement

This set of hantarans was done for my dear customer Siti from Penang whose cousin was getting engaged last 16 March 2014 in KL.
The family from Penang all came for this function..Having done for Haja , Siti s brother, last year.
The family chose this bright coloured theme for this event.

Happy Mother s Day

Today 11 May 2014 is mother s day....in fact everyday is mother s day....to my dearest mom Dinah Abdullah wishing you a very happy Mother s Day...She is and always will be my inspiration...This year she turned 89 and as always she is always there for me and my siblings...with 5 children 13 grandchildren and  16 great grand children she makes a point to remember each of our birthdays....love you very much Mak.To my sisters too a very happy mother s day ....love you all.

Wishing a big thank you to Dr Ku Rohani who had introduced me to her sister Dr Ku Rohana.
Dr Ku Rohana wanted me to do a set of hantarans for her son s engagement on 1 May 2014.
Last year I did a set for Nor Baiti s engagement too.
Already set on what she wanted and colour chosen...we met a week before the event.Dr Ku Rohana is from Kedah and just like her sister they are both very warm and friendly.Again peach is the choice but not wanting to use geberas again like Baiti s I chose roses eustomas and carnations..it was unfortu ate that champagn roses were not available at that time so chose golden orange  and pink roses instead. It turned out alright and I like them myself.Hope you and family like them too. Thank you Dr.

Peachy Perfect - Wedding

.I have always love the colour peach.....and its the choice of Chukin for her hantarans to Iqbal...as I was doing for both families it was easier as both expressed their preferences....
the date 25 April 2014 was the Akad Nikah for Iqbal and Chukin.
I chose roses ,carnations  and eustomas for this set of hantarans....hope the families like what I have done for them..to both Iqbal and Chukin congratulations...may you both have a wonderful and blessed life together till Jannah.Aamin.

Purple Hearts - Wedding

This set of hantarans was done for Iqbal to give away to Chukin....both are from Subang Jaya...Understand they knew each other since school days...

I chose cymbedium orchids to give away to Chukin and Iqbal wanted purple to be included ....so here they are a fusion of white purple and fuschia...Congratulations to both Chukin and Iqbal.

Cool White - Engagement

Cool white is always the perfect colour for such special occassions like engagement...this time I made a set of hantarans for Izzati from Shah Alam.Colour was her choice...Congrats Izzati and to Puan Azlah thank you .White cymbediums white china roses and green orchids were used....love the combination.

Sweet Simplicity - Engagement

A sweet and simple set of hantarans for the daughter of Puan Aibah from Puchong for her engagement.
Classic and clean  they chose white cymbediums for this occassion.I too love this combination of white with a dash of red....using red spray carnations and purple statis.

Completed a modern sireh junjung for my daughter s friend using geberas carnations and roses...thank you daughter Ayin for helping out.

Frills in Peach - Cake for Hantaran

A beautiful hand crafted cake made by one of my favourite baker Liyana Vanessa my niece.Her cakes are yummies too...This  butter cake in peach frills with orchids and rhinnacullas on top was superbly 

done which shows how detail she was.This was done for MIam and Awi s hantaran.

This is the beginning of a song lyric sung by country singer Carl Smith.....its so happened I was looking for a title to befit this set of hantarans.

Firstand foremost my sincere thanks to Datin Sazilah for giving me this opportunity and trust to do this set for her daughter Mariam s wedding.I must say this young, stylish mother is all excited as this is the first wedding in their family....and she was prepared with what she had in mind.The dulang which she had was a beautiful porcelin tray....With the theme given...that is peach....my mind was set on orchids and roses..peach and purple so to speak.

i was in frenzy when  the florists told me the colours i had ordered did not come due to the cold weather...and so these were the final results....please view below.I am glad the family loved them.To Miam and Awi have a blessed married life together till Jannah.Amiin.To Dato and Datin thank you again.

Saving All My Love For You - Wedding

If anyone can remember this 1985 song sung by diva Whitney Houston. .. called Saving all my Love for  you.....? it is such a beautiful love song and it reminded of  this handsome Mohd Sirajuddin and his beautiful bride Hazlin from Ipoh.

When Mohamad first called me..he already knew what he wanted .I was pleasantly surprised .His mom  gave a lot of suggestions which really made it easier for me .

White orchids was the choice and he wanted the hantarans to be perfect for this special lady.They were going to Ipoh for the ceremony.....I was told they were neighbours during their childhood days.

Thank you Mohamad for your trust ...I wish you well and a happy married life together till Jannah.Aamin.
